Art + Yoga

Stretching Yoga poses provided by Megan and Art instruction by Grace!!! While you stretch Grace will walk you through bilateral movement which calms the nervous system, reduces stress and increases creative thinking. At the end of the class you will have completed yoga, will feel amazing mentally and you’ll have a really unique piece of art that was created through movement and repetition!!
